I cannot remember my username
  Ring the main office. Your username can be given over the telephone (Not password)

I cannot remember my password
 

In the first instance you can use the SIMS Learning Gateway site to reset your password and send details using your registered email - please try this first

If this process fails:

  • Do not ring the school, we will not under any circumstances, give out passwords over the telephone
  • You must contact the school using your registered email (all parents/guardians were provided with a form to fill in registering an email - 1 per parent/guardian)
  • Passwords will be sent via email, to the registered email address only as a reply
  • Email password change requests to: SLGpassword-lower@bridgewaterhigh.com   OR   SLGpassword-upper@bridgewaterhigh.com

I cannot remember the registered email OR

I no longer use it and wish to register another OR

I have not yet provided an e-mail address
 
  • You may arrange to visit school to register another email address with the office leader - this MUST be done by appointment
    • 2 forms of identification will be required - Picture ID (Driver's license, Passport etc) and address ID matching our SIMS details (Utility bill etc)
  • Request a "Change of registered email" form - to be given to the pupil (via the form tutor in form time) - pupil to return the form to the main office

I have access to data that I should not have access to

OR the data on my child is incorrect

 
  • email the school immediately SLGtechnical@bridgewaterhigh.com
  • OR ring the main office : (01925) 263919 (Upper) or (01925) 263814 (Lower) to report the incident quoting "Serious SLG problem"
