The school has recently taken on a student council, where a student from each form is elected onto it. Since there are ten forms in each year, there are ten councillors in each year, and fifty councillors all together (years seven-eleven). In addition there is a 'whole' School Council from which there are three councillors from each Year Council. This works well because the Year Councils discuss their ideas and them feed it through to the School Council, where things get done.
