| COMMUNITY ARTS RESOURCE BANK | ||||||||||||||

Equipment
in the Community Arts Resource
Bank is available for loan by arrangement to non-profit organisations.
All items must be booked at
least one weeks in advance of the intended loan period. Equipment may
be
borrowed
for up to two weeks per booking. A booking form should be completed and
returned by fax or post. Please see the link below. We
are sorry but bookings cannot be taken
over the telephone. Confirmation of the booking will be made. Please check your
school/organisation insurance before placing a booking. Full terms and
conditions can be found with the ‘Hire Booking Form’. The Arts College
accepts
no liability for damage to equipment or injury to personnel when
borrowing
items from the Resource Bank. Any damage caused to equipment during the
loan
period must be reported to the Performing Arts Technician straight
away. It is the responsibility of
the borrower to collect and return equipment from the resource bank
store at
the upper school site on Broomfields Road. Equipment may be collected
and
returned by prior arrangement with the Performing Arts Technician. Items returned late will be
charged at a weekly rate of £10 per item. Details
regarding individual items of equipment are available on request from
