Culture Project

During this project pupils will be introduced to the art work from a diferent culture. they will research and design an artifact of their own and realise this into a final outcome.

Each teacher will pick a culture of their own choice however they tend to follow a similatr format.



Lesson 1 An introduction to the topic,
Pupils will start a title page taking inspiration from the powerpoints and handouts used to introduce the topic.
 Homework
  • To complete the Title page
  • Adding apropriate collected images,
  • using good blended pencil colouring skills.
Lesson 2
 Pupils will extend their drawing skills and their subject knowledge skills creating a mood page of drawing from apropriate sourses.
Lesson 3
 Pupils will begin to plan for thei final outcome.
Research apropriatley the topic, collecting images from variouse sourses, so they can use this to influence final designs.
presenting these with neat title borders and good blended pencil colours.
